Toledo's Pizzeria is a local pizza restaurant located in Marietta, Georgia. We offer dine-in, pickup, and delivery ordering through this website.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Infringe the rights of any third party.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

You may create an account to place orders and earn loyalty rewards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the items listed. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation notification. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to item unavailability or suspected fraud.

Order availability depends on our current operating hours. Orders placed outside of operating hours will be processed at the next available time.

All prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to applicable sales tax. Prices may change without prior notice.

Menu items are available while supplies last. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific item at the time of your order. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer a substitution or cancellation.

Online payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.

We do not store your full credit card or debit card details on our servers. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their terms and PCI-DSS standards. In-person payments (cash, card at pickup/delivery) are accepted at your discretion.

Pickup: Orders selected for pickup must be collected within a reasonable time after the estimated ready time. We are not responsible for orders that are not picked up.

Delivery: Delivery is available within our defined delivery zone in the Marietta, GA area. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Delivery fees apply and are displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been confirmed and sent to the kitchen, it may not be possible to cancel it. Please contact us immediately at info@toledospizzeria.com if you need to cancel, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Toledo's Pizzeria and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Service or the purchase of our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
